The Essentials
Our Top Picks To Cook Your Spuds

You don’t need anything special to eat potatoes, you just need to be able to cook them somehow. If you don’t have (or want) any of this gear then that’s fine, you can do without - and whatever you do, PLEASE don't make not having a special piece of equipment an excuse to avoid making positive change!

During my year of potatoes I mostly just used a pot to boil on the stove and a tray bake in the oven. Over the years I've collected some bits and pieces, and these days I regularly use all of the products below and definitely recommend as they make my life easier.
